Rules for NorthStar’s Quarterly Referral  Contest

1. Each qualified entry must include a *Valid Name and Valid Telephone Number, and Email Address (If Available) from the referring party.  **The referral WILL be expecting a telephone call from a NorthStar Agent.

2. No limit to the amount of entries.

3. All entries will be compiled each calendar quarter

4. One winner will be randomly chosen in the first week of the next calendar quarter.

5. Winner will receive a $250 gift certificate to a well known local restaurant.

*If the Referred Party is not matched to the contact information provided by the referring party the entry will be disqualified. 

**The Referred party MUST be expecting a telephone contact from a NorthStar Agent, otherwise, the entry will be disqualified.
